Free Tickets to F1 at Sepang Circuit

Free tickets?? Am I kidding?? No! Rub your eyes and read the header once again. Petronas is giving away free tickets to the upcoming 2008 Formula One Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang International Circuit on March 21-23, 2008. Its not just another ticket, it’s a ticket that gets you a seat at the Grandstand area of the circuit!

So whats the catch, you ask? If you have good and interesting pictures of those magic moments during the F1 races since its Malaysian debut back in 1999, send them to the people at Petronas and get your complimentary tickets.

These pictures will be used in their publications and websites. So, check back those pictures in your CD-Rs, thumbdrives, hard disk drives, etc and scour for those golden pictures you think that can book you a place at the Grandstand area of SIC. Send them by email to moments@malaysiangp.com.my

That’s not all. A 88% discount is offered to all ticket buyers to this event as well.

Fans who can produce Grandstand tickets, either Main Grandstand or Grandstands K1 and F, in the year 1999 race, that’s still readable, will be entitled to get their Grandstand Platinum ticket priced at RM800 at only RM99, and that;s 88% off!

For those who purchase the Main Grandstand Turquoise ticket at RM1,100, fans can buy a Main Grandstand Topaz ticket at only RM500, 50% off the usual price.

There is also direct offers where you can get free tickets. For purchases of three Topaz tickets, you get one free; for purchases of three C2 Hillstand tickets, you get one free C2 ticket, and for purchases of three Hillstand E tickets, you get one free as well.

A 50 percent discount is offered to all senior citizens and students for the one-day Main Grandstand Citrine tickets and three-day of the covered C2 Hillstand tickets at RM200 and RM500 respectively.

Holders of GP Passport – a special loyalty card programme introduced by last year – would be entitled to a 10 percent discount on purchases of F1 PMGP 2008 Main Grandstand tickets.

Malaysia would be hosting the second round of the 2008 Formula One World Championship from March 21 to 23. The new season would open in Albert Park, Melbourne at the Australian Grand Prix from March 12 to 16.

    Ive always been a F1 fan but ive been blogging for under a yr only..so i only lately picked up the habit of taking pictures(for obvious reasons) ..ooh well…gotta take the phone book out and look up the ones with power to grant thou a free tick :P
