Accident or sheer carelessness?
I stumbled upon a Facebook profile (someone I didnt know) and found a couple of pictures of a car that crashed into the roof of a shopping mall and fell onto 2 women, leaving one killed on the spot and the other died while rushed to the hospital. I thought it happened long time ago but when I Googled it, it showed a story on it courtesy of New Straits Times and it happened today itself.

I wonder how it all happened. I mean, looking at the pictures from the Facebook source, I think it was sheer clumsiness of the driver that thrown the car out of the rooftop parking lot. Obviously the driver was a rookie and yeah, accidents do happen but this is a little bit too freaky.. 
My condolences to the respective families of the deceased. They were too young to die..
